Built by someone who has spent 20+ years watching what happens when workforce systems are missing — and what changes when you build them right.

Stabiliti Solutions was founded on a simple observation: most businesses don't have a people problem. They have a systems problem. Onboarding is inconsistent. Managers are underprepared. Training is reactive. And nobody has the data to know what's actually driving turnover.

We exist to fix that — by building the workforce infrastructure that helps people succeed after they're hired, and giving leaders the visibility to know it's working.

Who We Are

Stabiliti Solutions is a workforce consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, serving small and mid-sized businesses across healthcare, dental, veterinary, retail, hospitality, skilled trades, and professional services.

We are not a training company. We are not an HR firm. We are a workforce systems company — and that distinction matters. We don't run workshops and hand you a binder. We diagnose your workforce, design the system that fixes it, and implement it alongside your team.

Meet the Founder

Alicia Collins, Founder & CEO of Stabiliti Solutions,  brings 20+ years of Learning & Development experience inside large, complex organizations — building onboarding systems, training infrastructure, and manager development programs that served thousands of employees across multiple service lines.

She built Stabiliti because she believes every employee deserves a real chance to succeed — and every business owner deserves a team that actually stays.

Stabiliti was built on what she observed over two decades: the organizations that retain people and scale successfully aren't the ones with the best hiring — they're the ones with the best systems. That insight is the foundation of everything Stabiliti builds.
