Every Stabiliti engagement begins with a Workforce Stability Audit — a structured diagnostic that examines your turnover patterns, onboarding effectiveness, training consistency, and manager capability.

At the conclusion of the audit, your organization receives a Stabiliti Index™ score across seven workforce health pillars — giving you a clear, data-informed picture of exactly where your workforce is strong and where it's bleeding.
PHASE TWO
Design & Build
Using your Stabiliti Index™ score as the foundation, we design your Stabiliti Blueprint™ — a custom workforce system built specifically for your organization, your industries, and your people.

Depending on your score and priorities, your Blueprint may include a structured onboarding program, role-based training pathways, manager playbooks, SOP libraries, or a full workforce operating model. Every component is designed to be implemented — not just delivered.
PHASE THREE
Implement
We don't hand you a blueprint and leave. Stabiliti works alongside your team to install every system — training your managers, configuring your tracking tools, and ensuring every component is operational before we step back.

Implementation typically runs 30 to 120 days depending on scope, with regular check-ins and phase gate reviews to ensure quality at every milestone.
PHASE FOUR
Optimize
Once your systems are live, we monitor your Stabiliti Index™ score monthly through our Workforce Stability Partnership — tracking workforce health across all seven pillars, identifying drift before it becomes turnover, and adjusting where needed.
