Frequently Asked Questions

Who does Stabiliti work with?
What does a typical engagement look like?
Do I have to start with the audit?

Stabiliti works with small and mid-sized businesses — typically 25 to 500 employees — in healthcare, dental, veterinary, retail, hospitality, skilled trades, and professional services. Our clients are owners, COOs, and HR Directors who are done losing good people and ready to build the systems that fix it.

Every engagement starts with a Workforce Stability Audit — a three to four week diagnostic that produces your Stabiliti Index™ score and a findings presentation. From there, most clients move into a Phase 2 implementation across two to three service lines, followed by a monthly Workforce Stability Partnership retainer.

Yes — and here's why. Every Stabiliti engagement begins with a Workforce Stability Audit because we don't build systems based on assumptions. The audit tells us exactly where your workforce is bleeding and why. That diagnosis drives everything we build in Phase 2.

What happens after the Workforce Stability Check?

The Workforce Stability Audit typically runs three to four weeks, depending on your organization's size and availability. It includes stakeholder interviews, data review, and a live Findings Presentation where we walk through your Stabiliti Index™ score.

The Workforce Stability Audit is priced between $7,500 and $15,000 depending on company size and scope. Phase 2 implementation is priced separately based on which service lines are recommended at the Findings Presentation.

After your Check, you'll have a clear picture of your biggest workforce gaps. If it makes sense to move forward, the next step is a Workforce Stability Audit — a three to four week diagnostic that produces your Stabiliti Index™ score and a live Findings Presentation. There's no obligation after the Check.
